Preorder FAQ

What is a Preorder?

You're reserving an item before it's officially in stock. We make most of our garments in small batches, so preordering guarantees your size before it sells out.

Preorder Timeline

You can view the estimated shipping month on the product you wish to preorder. In the rare instance the estimated shipping month changes, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship when everything is ready. Place a separate order if you want in-stock items sooner.

Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled at any time before shipment. However, cancellations are issued as store credit, not refunds. Once a preorder is placed, it is treated as a confirmed order and we begin production based on preorder quantities.

Returns & Exchanges

Preorders are eligible for returns or size exchanges once delivered, as long as the item is in like-new condition and returned within our standard return window. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
