What is a Preorder?

You're reserving an item before it's officially in stock. We make most of our garments in small batches, so preordering helps guarantee your size before it sells out.

Preorder Timeline

You can view the estimated shipping month on the product you wish to preorder. In the rare instance the estimated shipping month changes, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship when everything is ready. Place a separate order if you want in-stock items sooner.

Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder at any time prior to shipment. Due to the logistics of preorders, cancellations are issued as store credit rather than a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Preorders are eligible for returns or size exchanges once delivered, as long as the item is in like-new condition and returned within our standard return window.
