Items shipped internationally cost $20-30 per item. You can view your shipping costs during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, items ship from California via USPS or UPS within 2-5 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

We also accept returns within 60 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

We cover mistakes; otherwise, you cover return shipping. Free size exchanges are available once we receive your package.

Items must be returned in like-new or gently-used condition within 30 days of delivery. Items that do not fit this guideline may only receive a partial refund. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Mystery bags, Thrift Shop items, and gift cards are non-returnable. "Returned to sender" items are refunded minus shipping.

Preorder cancellations are issued as store credit, not refunds. Once a preorder is placed, it is treated as a confirmed order, and we begin production.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations aren't possible if your package has shipped.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund automatically.
