SHIPPING POLICY
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
We also accept returns within 60 days for store credit or exchange.
- Exchange/Return Items: Returns & Exchanges Portal
- Shipping costs: We cover mistakes; otherwise, you cover return shipping. Free size exchanges are available once we receive your package.
- Refunds: Items must be returned in like-new or gently-used condition. Items that do not fit this guideline may only receive a partial refund. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Mystery bags, Thrift Shop items, and gift cards are non-returnable. "Returned to sender" items are refunded minus shipping.
- Preorders: Preorder cancellations are issued as store credit, not refunds. Once a preorder is placed, it is treated as a confirmed order, and we begin production.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Contact us ASAP to cancel and reorder. Changes or cancellations aren't possible if your package has shipped.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If an item is out of stock, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund automatically.
